]]><![CDATA[2nd Annual LowBrow Art Show at Resolution Gallery]]>Thu, 11 Oct 2012 01:03:01 GMThttp://www.adsarjeant.com/blog/2nd-annual-lowbrow-art-show-at-resolution-galleryLast year's LowBrow Exhibition at Resolution Gallery was named one of Fast Forward Weekly's Critic's Choices for Art Shows in 2011; with a roll call of over twenty five artists, including myself, this year's show promises to maker last year's show look like the pre-gamma ray Bruce Banner to its proverbial Hulk. Erupting out of its inadequately sized shirt with super-power inducing rage from October 15th to November 4th, this show promises to showcase some of the most talented contributors to Alberta's LowBrow movement. If you're looking for even more exciting Lowbrow Art, come meet the artists and curators at the receptiong on October 19th.

Resolution gallery is located on the second floor of Eleven Eleven Boutique at 233 10 Street NW, Calgary, AB in Kensington.

For those who haven't had the chance to drop by, don't miss the opportunity to experience some remarkable grassroots talent, including yours truly. For interested art buyers, all works featured are on sale (quite often for what might, in this artist's opinion, be conservatively called mind-bogglingly low prices!), including several you might just recognize from my online portfolio.

Likewise, I'd like to extend a huge thank you to Artpoint, as well as all the curators and jurors, for the incredible job they've done.
